Delete Account

You can ask us to delete your PaperGenie account and its data at any time, whether you used the website or the app.

How to request deletion

1. Email ankuragrawal61@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my PaperGenie account”, or call +91 77422 70531.
2. Tell us the registered mobile number (or email for Google sign-in). We may confirm the request with a one-time password sent to that number.
3. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email or SMS.

What is deleted

• Your profile (name, mobile number, email, profile picture).
• Your institute details, logos and watermarks, saved drafts and generated papers.
• Your access to paid plans (deleting the account ends any active plan; see the Refund Policy).

What we keep

Payment and invoice records are kept for the period required by tax and accounting laws (usually up to 8 years), and are not used for anything else.
