Refund & Cancellation

Last updated: 2 October 2026

This policy applies to all purchases of PaperGenie plans made on papergenie.in or in the PaperGenie app. PaperGenie is operated by Potential Tutorial.

1. Try before you buy

The first chapter of every subject is free, so you can check the questions and the paper format before paying.

2. Digital plans are non-refundable once activated

PaperGenie plans give instant access to digital content. Once a plan is activated on your account, the payment is not refundable, in full or in part, including when the plan is not used or used only partly.

3. When we do refund

• Duplicate payment: if you were charged twice for the same plan.
• Failed activation: if money was debited but the plan was not activated and we cannot activate it.
• Wrong charge: if you were charged an amount higher than the price shown at checkout.

Write to us within 7 days of the payment with your registered mobile number or email and the Razorpay payment ID. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–7 working days (your bank may take a few more days to show it).

4. Cancellation

• Plans are one-time payments and do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel for future billing.
• If a payment is still pending (not yet successful), you may cancel by closing the payment window; no money is taken for a failed or cancelled payment. If money was debited for a failed payment, it is usually reversed automatically by your bank within 5–7 working days.
• We may cancel a plan if it was bought by mistake on our side or through misuse; in that case we refund the amount paid.
